Appointment - £10 Deposit
We take a £10 non-refundable deposit for every appointment. You can manage your appointments up to two days before your appointment from the member area at the top left of our page. Create an account and log in using the email address used with your booking.
The £10 will be deducted from your final bill. The £10 deposit will not be refundable if a repair is not successful - this includes non-viable repairs that have not been discussed before being brought in.
If customers fail to collect their items after seven days from being texted on completion the £10 deposit deduction will not be applied.
For mitigating circumstances, refunds will be charged £0.82 for card processing charges for the COVID safe appointment system.
Our turnover times are an estimate and not a guarantee. We aim to get items finished as quick as possible. Ordering parts can take up to 14 days.
Stains, Odours & Mould
We will do our best to remove stains and odours and we are very good at this but we cannot make any guarantees.
The steam cleaning process kills mould and bacteria 99.999% dead but certain moulds can leave a small amount of staining.
Please check the washing instructions in your user manual before booking an appointment.
